Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, excellent water pressure, accommodating room attendants, friendly staff, and a reasonable breakfast with a variety of options. the location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. Another advantage was the quiet and relaxing pool area, perfect for a leisurely cocktail.
The hotel's air freshener had an unpleasant smell, and the cable reception was not up to par with other nearby hotels. check-in could use improvement, as the room was not readily available even past the official check-in time, leading to a long wait period and poor service.

The room was spacious and had a bathtub, which was a nice touch. The fresh flowers and complimentary fruit were also a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the airport and easily accessible.
The staff at the front desk were unwelcoming, giving off negative vibes from the start. The hotel showed signs of age and needed maintenance, especially in the rooms.

Staying at this hotel was an indulgent and luxurious experience that exceeded my expectations. the exclusive amenities like the private facilities, including a well-equipped gym and spa with professional therapists, ensured that I had a comfortable and memorable stay. the impeccable service from the attentive staff members added to the charm and made my stay even more enjoyable. the exquisite restaurant not only provided an exceptional dining experience but also offered a variety of delicious meals that catered to my taste buds.
Despite the excellent services and amenities provided by this hotel, the only minor issue that I encountered was the occasional unpleasant smell emanating from the corridor.

Located close to the airport, the hotel provides a convenient option for travelers flying in or out of the separate Philippines Airlines terminal and Terminal 3. the hotel's different restaurants offer a variety of dining options, including Passion, Maxims Cafe, and the Terrace. the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and some rooms even feature an infinity and aquarium style swimming pool.
The hotel shows signs of age and in need of refurbishment, with sagging mattresses and worn-out wall papers in the bathrooms.
